I've been a mixed-media artist and instructor for more than 25 years, and I've been teaching at or running my own national and international retreats for most of them.

And I'm also like you. Balancing all my other roles too: wife, mother, daughter, best friend, entrepreneur, coach, visionary and sage. I built Soul Stirring Retreats for women with interests, joys and challenges similar to my own, so we could dive deep together while doing what we love: fun, travel, art, connection, community, beauty, truth and, above all else, love.
